Corporate Social Responsibility

Ho Bee Foundation was set up to serve as the philanthropic arm of the Ho Bee Group.

With a strong commitment to build an inclusive society, the Foundation aims to play an integral role in creating better lives for the underprivileged in the community and advocating staff volunteerism.

Since its establishment, the Foundation has supported a wide range of charitable causes in the areas of education and skills training, community and social welfare, as well as healthcare, arts and culture.

  • SMU Ho Bee Professorship in Chinese Economy and Business Lecture Series was launched in 2008 to provide a platform to advance the study of the Chinese economy and business at SMU.

  • Located by the waterfront, the Ho Bee Auditorium at SIT@Punggol will be used as a teaching facility for the students, with function areas that enjoy unobstructed views of Serangoon Reservoir and Coney Island.

  • Unveiling of a model of the Ho Bee Auditorium made by Ho Bee Scholar, Ms Lau En Bei. Ho Bee Scholarship at SIT helps to nurture academically promising undergraduates from nine degree programmes.
