Ms Choo Yi Ming was appointed to the Board in 2026. Ms Choo is a Director at Ashurst ADTLaw, where she leads the firm’s regional real estate practice in Asia. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, with a strong focus on real estate transactions.

Ms Choo has advised on a number of significant real estate transactions across Asia and has extensive experience in investments in real estate platforms, including data centres, industrial and logistics properties, hotels, student accommodation, and offices.

Ms Choo began her career as a Justices’ Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Ms Choo graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore.
